QUESTIONS FROM SAGEFACE
1) Out of everyone in the world, real, fake, or dead, who would you want the most as a work-out partner?
Okay, so I have to be honest - I keep reading this as "make out partner." But that isn't the question. Good lord, though - I never work out. I am so bad about it. I guess that I'd probably go with... um... someone who walks a lot, cause that's my preferred form of exercise. And it's best to walk fast and talk at the same time, to get your heart rate up... so someone I'd love to talk to... Dolly Madison. Voila.
2) MAKE UP A NEW AU FOR KINGDOM. RIGHT NOW. The first thing that comes to your mind!
When I first read these questions, I was listening to a Yelle song. So the thing that popped into my head at the moment was OMG PUT EVERYONE IN A FRENCH POP STAR SONG, OR WITH NATHAN BARNETT IN A VIDEO. But then the more I think about it, the less I like it. So I think it'd be more fun to put everyone in a Gladiator-esque AU. MUAHAHAHAHA.
3) Of everyone you know, who makes the best dessert?
SCOTT. ALWAYS SCOTT. AND HE IS MINE - ALL MINE!
4) If I gave you 15 million dollars, and with it you had to create a specialized library/gallery (like a Library of Women's History, Library of Revolutionary History, Library of Cute Cat Pictures), what would you make? What are your visions for designing it and visitor interactions?
Ooooo, this is interesting. I really like the idea of Women's History and the one of Revolutionary History. I think that if I were to focus on a historical issue, it would be women's everyday lives in frontier areas. Research and issues focused on that. I think it'd be amazing to build a collection focused on women who had to go out and build lives and homes for their families with minimal resources. I'm not as much designing layouts or visitor interactions, but I think that definitely allowing a wide variety of women to be represented in this collection, with the focus being on how badass they are. :D
5) Name your favorite three Twitter accounts to follow.
Funny: @TheBloggess, @GoddamnBatman, @GeorgeTakei
Political: @TheAtlantic, @BeardedStoner, @Slate
Library: @sabram, @wawoodworth, @pewresearch
Etc: @mashable
6) What do you think is the top issue plaguing the American educational system? What would you want to be changed within the next ten years?
Teaching to the test. Instead of teaching just the facts, people should be taught more HOW to think, and that it doesn't just HAPPEN, but you have to work for it. There are different learning styles, and educators should be well versed in how to best respond to a variety of students with different learning styles. Learning should be lifelong, as well.
7) Tell me about a vacation you've always wanted to take but haven't yet had the time/money to do.
I want to go on an African photo-safari. That would be so freaking amazing. I have wanted to go to South Africa for years. I'd also love to go see Patagonia, as well.
